At Aderma Space, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Free shipping We offer free shipping on every order across the United States. No minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.
Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days within the United States. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier conditions, weather, or peak periods.
Order tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking details within a couple of business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If your destination is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately not able to ship there at this time.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at support@adermaspace.com and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Delayed, lost, or stuck packages If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package seems lost or stuck in transit, reach out to us at support@adermaspace.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a solution.
Damaged on arrival If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
