We believe in every product we make. If you are not happy with your Renewal Serum, we will find a solution. Full refund or exchange, the choice is yours.


What’s eligible

Satisfied or refunded guarantee. You have 180 days from delivery to try your Renewal Serum and change your mind if it is not for you.

Defective products are replaced or refunded, regardless of their condition, under warranty.

  • 180 days from the delivery date of your order to request a refund.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in good condition.
  • In case of a defect: free exchange or refund.

How to submit your request

Send an email to support@adermaspace.com with the following:

  • Your order number (in your confirmation email).
  • The name used when placing the order.
  • A brief reason and your preference: refund or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is defective, damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund, at our expense.

Refund processing

Once your request is approved, you are automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@adermaspace.com.
