At Aderma Space, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That is why every order is backed by our 180-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your Renewal Serum, you may request a refund within 180 days of receiving your order.
Our 180-day guarantee Try your Renewal Serum at home. If it is not the right fit for you, contact us within 180 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund. No drama, no awkward questions.
How to start a return or refund Email us at support@adermaspace.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will reply within 24 hours with the next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Condition of items Because the micro-infusion applicator uses single-use heads, for hygiene reasons we cannot resell opened items. This does not affect your satisfaction guarantee: your refund request will still be honored within the 180-day window, whether the product is opened or unopened.
Refunds Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@adermaspace.com within 7 days of delivery, ideally with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges If you would like a different item, the simplest way is to request a refund for your original order and place a new one.
Return shipping For approved returns, we will share return instructions by email. Shipping costs for a change of mind are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, in which case we cover the cost.
Late or missing refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still need help, email us at support@adermaspace.com and we will look into it right away.
